Dr. Rupali’s Abortion Centre is an approved registered centre for the termination of pregnancy up to 20 weeks from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The Centre is also registered as per the new Amendment in the MTP Act, 2021 to terminate up to 24 weeks in case of any congenital abnormalities found in the foetus. The doctors at Dr. Rupali's Abortion Centre are highly experienced and registered with the Delhi Medical Council & respect the decision taken by the women and her partner for the termination of pregnancy due to certain reasons and thus counselled them accordingly. The Centre feels proud in performing more than 400 successful & safe abortions. The Centre also provides its free pick and drop facilities from the airport to its international patients for their convenience.

The termination of pregnancy at Dr. Rupali's Abortion Centre is completely safe, legal & painless as the procedure is done by senior female doctors through both the methods ie medical and surgical as per the gestational age of the foetus. The Medical method can be suggested up to 7 weeks to the patient after doing physical examination and considering her medical history. The surgical method is also completely safe as done through suction & evacuation & painfree as the procedure done under general anaesthesia and thus there is no chance left of retained products of conception (RPOC). The details of all our patient is kept highly confidential as per the new amendment in the MTP Act, 2021.The doctors at Dr. Rupali's Abortion Centre respect the decisions taken by the women and her partner for termination of pregnancy and either the methods medical or surgical chosen by them is done legally, safely and painfree after proper explanation. THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE & ANR GOVT. NCT OF DELHI 2022 [SCC ONLINE SC 905] DATED 29.09.2022 & in this landmark & historical judgment, the Hon’ble Supreme court permitted Abortion for unmarried women up to 24 weeks in India.
