Unauthorised Use of Website Content of Dr. Rupali's Medical & Diagnostics by miscreants Dr. Mannan Gupta, Alka Gupta, Dr. Mannan Abortion Centre, Elantis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. & other unknown wrongdoers

It has come to our attention that Contents from our official website www.drrupaliabortioncentre.com, is being falsely used/reproduced/claimed/declaring/distributed without authorization by certain individuals namely Dr. Mannan Gupta, Alka Gupta, Dr. Mannan Abortion Centre, Elantis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. & other unknown persons. This includes, but is not limited to, the copying of text, images, logos, colours, Documents, & other proprietary material.

Nonetheless, it is also noticed that the above miscreants have used the MTP Registration Number DL/MTP/SED/86/2020 of Dr. Rupali's Medical & Diagnostics at their social media to dupe innocent patients.

It is also stated here that Dr. Rupali Mishra Sonologist & Founder of Dr. Rupali's Medical & Diagnostics & her legal team led by Dr. Amit Mishra Advocate is behind the Landmark Judgment on Abortion Rights of Unmarried woman upto 24 weeks in India vide Civil Appeal No. 5802 of 2022 arising out of SLP (C) No. 12612 of 2022 in the matter titled as X v. THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE & ANR 2022 [ SCC Online SC 905] dated 22.09.2022 and no one else.

We herby warn all such parties that this act constitutes a violation of copyright & intellectual property laws but also amount to commission of cognizable offences under the Indian Penal Code [IPC]. Strict legal action will be initiated against any person, entity or organization found guilty of using our website content in any form/manner without prior written permission.

The general public is advised to refrain from engaging with or supporting or relying upon such unauthorized persons specially Dr. Mannan & his associated persons who has claimed falsely & vaguely being the owner of Landmark Judgment on Abortion Rights of Unmarried woman upto 24 weeks & misrepresenting innocent & gullible patients on the social media, badly involved in unfair medical practices & violating Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette & Ethics) Regulation, 2002 & hence appropriate legal action will be taken against him & all wrongdoers involved/associated with him.
