THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE & ANR 2022 [ SCC Online SC 905] dated 22.09.2022 and no one else.
Now, no minor girl can be forced to continue unwanted pregnancy
Once again, the Law is settled for the Minor Girls carrying unwanted pregnancy in the country.
It is proudly stated that Dr. Rupali's Abortion Hospital & her legal team led by Dr. Amit Mishra Advocate got settled the law for Medical Termination of Pregnancy [MTP] of the Minor Girls in the country. Now, no minor girl can be forced to continue unwanted pregnancy. Her Consitutional Rights of Choice and Reproductive Right will supercede over Statutory Laws. No Court or Doctor can refuse her for Medical Termination of Pregnancy [MTP].
That the Special Leave Petition (SLP) No.14454 of 2026 was filed by Dr. Amit Mishra Advocate on behalf of Dr. Rupali's Abortion Hospital & the Supreme Court of India passed a Landmark Judgment that "No Doctors or Hospital can force any Minor Girl to continue unwanted pregnancy against their will".
